Google is facing problems with its idea of sharing online videos, the traffic of youtube.com is now routed to utube.com and it is one of the leading suppliers of tube and pipe equipment in the world, Ralph Girkins is now fed up with the amount of traffic received. Visitors and customer’s world wide use the site to get photos of machinery, descriptions and specifications.
Server hosting utube.com has been offline due to heavy traffic coming to it which is indeed similar to DDoS on the apache server hosting utube.com.

YouTube’s enormous popularity has created a big headache for another “utube”.
The Utube company having just 17 employees got 68-million hits on its site in August, making it one of the most popular manufacturing Web sites.

Interestingly the owner of UTube.com has turned down a $1 million dollar offer for the domain, while he is holding it for $2.5 or 3 million dollar.

Well i am not sure of that, i think this news is pretty old now. I think they are now governing more control over the treaffic with time.

Hey guys,
I have an iMac G5 running tiger 10.4.7 and I an having a wierd problem. Whenever I go to a site that has an embedded youtube, flash or some kind of video, there is no sound. If it a quicktime file there is no problem. There is not sound no matter what broswer I use, firefox, camino, safari, or shiira. And keep in mind that about a week ago I was not having this issue.
Help Would be awesome

utube.com owner should work out something to make $$$’s from the traffic coming his way. They can sell some online products or sell some banner adds which would be purchased by people hungry for traffic.
I am not sure why google would route traffic to other website as they have efficient servers which can handle any level of traffic as each and every person working on internet opens google at least once in a day and that logic in itself would get them Billions of visitors per day.

When we search in Google for “utube” , then youtube.com comes at 2nd place. Google can make it ” Did you mean: youtube” for spell check before search results .
