I have 2 servers
or ex.
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.2

if i type www.xyz.com it will actually directed to 192.168.0.1 server.
Now if 192.168.0.1 goes down I want www.xyz.com to redirect to 192.168.0.2

Both the server are in different subnet.
Please tell how is it possible.

You are able to redirect your site using CNAME records in dns zone file. You have to set CNAME record as per below
abc.eukhost.com. 14400 IN CNAME xyz.com.
