Especially when you choose a new outsourcing company it is most important to check thier reputation and reliability and you should opt for testing their support with an issue you can measure their etiquette, responsiveness, and expertise by way of judging their knowledge and level of technical skills for correcting actions taken to resolve that issue.

I rememember the quote by Alphonso Jackson “The other part of outsourcing is this: it simply says where the work can be done outside better than it can be done inside, we should do it”.

The basic reason I see that outsourcing allows companies to reduce costs and that benefits consumers with lower cost as an end users.

Even in our high-tech world, we still need to feel secure ( safety is basic need as defined in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs), especially when you look for outsourcing you need to go in safe and secure hand.
