Mail failure due to spamd
Getting the following error in exim_mainlog when receiving mails:
“info@xyz.com R=virtual_sa_user T=virtual_sa_userdelivery defer (-24): Transport filter process failed (127): unable to execute command”
This error is related to spamd & it can be resolved by following way.
1.Go to WHM >> Tweak settings & disable Spamassassin
2.Go to Service Manager & disable spamd
3. # service exim restart
You can try to to enable the Spamassassin again from Tweak settings & check the mail. If the mails does not work, make sure you keep Spamassassin disabled.
