Yeah thats not true. Recently I have gone through a survey by Society of Information Management , their data shows that “only 3.3% of 2007 corporate IT budgets are given to the purposes of offshore outsourcing programs” their survey also emphasized that nearly two-thirds of their correspondents are planning to maintain or increase their IT staffing in the year 2007.
