Accountlab Plus is a similar system which allows integration with many major payment gateways. It has recurring billing and integrated domain name purchasing through ENOM and other companies. They have an online demo on their main site so people can get a feel for the software before you buy it. There is also a support forum and if you can't find the answer to your questions there, there is a support ticket system which resolves any issues you might have.
The front end of Accountlab is also fairly easy to customise (simple html and css needed) allowing you to tie the system nicely in with your website.

For hosting business ModernBill can handle most of the need like it nicely handle recurring billing and integrate with major payment gateways, MB can help your business in keeping track of client as well. Once you go through their manual you can find it is easy to set-up.
