I’m probably going for Reseller Web Hosting three people for now, but there are a few things that worry me a little. Definitely nothing from your end, but more from my end for Reseller Web Hosting. I have very little experience dealing with staff, and currently our company isn’t really set up to work with a lot of people. The first four years of our existence I did everything on my own (yes sometimes I just worked 24+ hours at once) and since September last year I hired someone to lower my workload for Reseller Web Hosting.
Because of that, I think in the start things may be a little messy,especially for the techs for php web hosting. As you probably understand they would often have to work alone. I am here very often myself and so is the other person, but there will also be moments that they’ll be all alone. For example in two weeks I’ll be on a business trip for a week,and during that week I’ll barely be online. That’s also one of the reasons I wanted to get this going now.
Furthermore big parts of our administration are located offline for php web hosting (here in our office) since as I said the company currently isn’t really designed to work with external people. Of course, I will be working a lot to change that,during the next few weeks/months I will be automating just about all of our systems and make it very easy for our techs to look things up for php web hosting. I’m just mentioning all this so that you know it’ll be really be messy in the start,and I just hope that the techs can work that way.
Once all of our systems are automated (and then I really mean everything) I will be hiring more staff, for sales purposes and more techs when they’re needed, so you can count on a successful cooperation. I just hope that the start isn’t going to mess things up.
By the way – are these people available to work in shifts so that everything is covered 24/7? We originally agreed that that was possible for php web hosting, but I’m just wondering how that would work. Please describe in detail what the shifts would look like. And also let me know what would happen if they ever need a holiday or something like that for Reseller Web Hosting.
I’m just not familiar with this at all, however I’m sure I’ll get used to things after a while.
