i am final year studend of mca.i am install php5 and apache1.3 web server.first copy php.ini into windows folder and  php5ts.dll copy into system32 folder
set my doc root and extension dir root in ini file.
next configure the httpd.conf file like doc root and etc..
upend addmodule statement from install.txt to httpd.conf file
after i restart my system
but apache does not run .just blink the apache screen.
i check all the path.but i can&#039;t do .
please give a solution
